ALL LIT CLASSES: Have your copy of The Fault in Our Stars by tomorrow!
- Today, we started with a warm-up re-visiting the question of which character you relate to the most now that we are done reading the play.
- We spent most of class working on our rough drafts for the Romeo and Juliet "who's to blame" essays.
- Remember: tomorrow, we meet in the 900 hall computer lab!
2nd block:
- We had a pop quiz reviewing the articles we have read over the past few days concerning the science behind the Ebola virus
- Today, we split into two groups. One group worked on finding and summarizing current event articles (which they will present tomorrow at the start of class!) while the second group worked on creating illustrated vocab posters from the words you pulled from the article yesterday.
3rd block:
- Today, most of you finished the common assessment and made up any missed Romeo and Juliet tests.
- We got the assignment and guided outline for the upcoming "who's to blame" essay for Romeo and Juliet and began work on rough drafts.
